We currently have four coaches on staff and work with all types of athletes and background. When you are ready to contact the coaches of Mideast Multisport, complete the following form: Athlete History Questionairre. Either fill out the online form or print out and complete the downloadable PDF form, and mail the form to the Mideast Multisport Coaches at 3399 Winthrop Drive, Lexington, KY 40503.

The next step is for a coach to contact you and set up a time to conduct the initial consultation. We will do our best to respond to you within 24 hrs. The initial consultation is the first step to a successful season and training program!
