![]() Working with Mideast Multisport Coaches Prior to using Coach Beth, I was self-coached at the Ironman distance, with 10 IM distance finishes to my credit. My performance in those races was solid, but my improvement per race had reached a plateau. After beginning training with Coach Beth, I demonstrated consistent improvement and distinct results. Within weeks, I achieved a marathon PR of 3:00 (improvement of six minutes over prior marathon time). Within 4 months, I completed IM Germany ‘09 with a PR of 10:01. Two months later, I qualified for Kona at IM Louisville ’09.
In 2010 Beth’s training plans continue to deliver faster race results, and more PR’s. IM Wisconsin ‘10 PR finish position (#62 overall), IM Florida ’10 PR at 9:34 (PR time for swim, bike, AND run.) I am a different athlete now. Now, I compete at a level that potentially earns a Kona slot every race. Prior to training with Coach Beth, I considered this impossible. Career Highlights:
