![]() Working with Mideast Multisport Coaches: “Since I started working with Mideast Multisport in 2006, I have improved my speed, endurance, and strength. I had trouble maintaining my speed over an Olympic distance race and only really enjoyed competing in the sprint distance races. After just a few months with Mideast Multisport, I felt comfortable competing at the Olympic distance and wanted to go even longer. I completed my first Half Ironman in 2008 and finished much better than expected and qualified for the Half Ironman World Championships. That year I also accomplished my goal of qualifying to become a Professional Triathlete. I now complete 4 or more Half Ironmans a year as a Professional and have raced and beaten some of the fastest Triathletes in the World.”
