Lexington will soon have its very own Triathlon Training Center and Retail Store! Please check out the website: http://www.swimbikerunky.com

Eric will be the new Director of Operations at the center, while continuing to coach his athletes. I will also be involved with the store hosting workshops, seminars, education sessions, lactate testing, etc. I am really looking forward to working with Sam and Noelle Dick, owners of Swim-Bike-Run of Kentucky. The center will offer: computrainers classes, endless pool sessions, lactate testing, gate analysis, stroke analysis, custom bike fit, and all of your retail needs for endurance sports.
